Placing an Order: When placing an order please include the details below:

Prices & Payment Terms: Payment is required online (via Paypal), before orders are dispatched. For account customers, payment is due within 30 days of receipt of order. Goods remain the property of Elixir Herbal Alchemical Laboratories (EHAL) until paid for in full. All prices are subject to alteration without notice. Invoices will be raised for prices current at the time of order.

Accounts: Unfortunatley we are unable to provide account facilities for customers.

Overseas Orders: Payment is required online (via Paypal). Please contact us to agree shipping price before the goods are dispatched.

Damaged Goods, Short Orders & Returns: No claims are accepted unless the customer notifies the carriers at the time of delivery or contacts Elixir Herbal Alchemical Laboratories (EHAL) in writing (e-mails accepted) within three days of receipt of the goods. Please ensure you quote the invoice/order number and date of receipt. Please contact us for all returns.
